New Book Available “Preservation of the Bible” by Meng-Fai Yip

Meng-Fai Yip has made available Preservation of the Bible : Providential, Perfect, and Perpetual. He says:

This book is about the preservation of the Scriptures. It is about the establishment of proofs, from the Bible itself, for providential, perfect, and perpetual preservation. In other words, the book aims to substantiate biblically that God providentially preserves every one of his words for every subsequent generation. We ask the following research questions. Does God preserve his words providentially? Does God preserve every word or only some words? Does the preservation last only for one generation or does it continue for every subsequent generation? The external evidence test will not be considered, leaving the internal evidence test as the main focus. Five major Bible passages will be adduced as proof: Ps. 12:7, Mt. 4:4, Ps. 119:89, Is. 40:8, and 1 Pet. 1:23. Designed for the interested layman, Hebrew and Greek words are kept to a minimum in the book. Even when such words are used, they have been transliterated.
